Waterman Fest Block Party

Do you like to have fun? Do you like FREE samples? Search no more as this is the event for you!! Whole foods market Waterman street presents WATERMAN FEST BLOCK PARTY which will be held on Monday June 20th from 2:00pm-7:00pm. Come on by to Whole foods market located at 261 Waterman street in Providence, Rhode Island for an event for the whole family. The east side of Providence will be taken by storm as over 40 food vendors come together to give the community FREE samples in what is a great opportunity to try products you have never tried or simply an opportunity to try some of your favorites!!

This is a family friendly event and FREE to the public. Take advantage of all that it has to offer from face painting for the kids, Demos from all over New England, children's activities, Raffles and giveaways and so much more! There will also be an opportunity to have a lunch combo for $5.00 with your choice of a hot dog or hamburger which comes with a drink and a bag of chips courtesy of the meat department who will be grilling outside. Proceeds from the lunch combo will be donated to the Whole Planet Foundation.

This will be an indoor / outdoor event, rain or shine as all will be under tents! There will also be an opportunity from 3:00pm-5:00pm to meet and greet with star of THE ULTIMATE FIGHTER Eric Spicely! Eric will be signing autographs and taking photos (with your own camera) by simply making a donation of any size to the Whole planet foundation. You can catch Eric on this season's The Ultimate Fighter on FOX SPORTS 1 Wednesdays at 10pm.

If that is not enough, right at 3pm in the cheese department, you will have the opportunity to witness the cracking of the parm event! This is a rare opportunity to see a giant wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese cracked down the center. The best part of it all is that once it`s cracked, you get to sample it!
