TerrifiCon does it again!!
TerrifiCon closed out the summer in a big way. It was our final stop for the summer here at All Axxess Entertainment and boy did it deliver. Fans gathered all weekend from all walks of life. TerrifiCon has always had a great mix of Comic book vendors, old school collectibles / merchandise vendors, Artists and Celebrities, just to name a few.
The theme this year was a tribute to the iconic legacy of BATMAN. The event however may not have gone as planned with the unfortunate passing of scheduled guest and BATMAN himself, Mr. Adam West. TerrifiCon instead turned it into a tribute which was very nicely done and top notch all the way. The original Robin (Actor Burt Ward) was on hand alongside Catwoman (Actress Lee Meriwether) to meet and greet with the fans, sign autographs, take photos and help pay tribute to their fallen friend Adam West.
There was a huge BATMAN themed section on hand featuring props, vehicles, signed photos, statues among other great sights for the fans to enjoy and get a rare chance to see up close and personal.
The beautiful Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut was once again host to this great event. The casino is currently working on an addition which will be much larger and will be open for business next year (Summer of 2018) just in time for TerrifiCon 2018!!
There was no shortage of Cosplayers this year as they were out in full force through out the weekend.
TerrifiCon had something for everyone including children with the always popular KIDS-CON. TerrifiCon will be returning to Mohegan Sun Casino August 17th-19th 2018 and all the info will be on their website, so check it out at www.terrificon.com for all the latest announcements and updates!
Even mini BATMAN was on hand to help dispose of the bad guys.
Beyond the stars of Batman, there were many more celebrities on hand which seemed to certainly exceed prior TerrifiCon lineups.
The weekend was filled with professional photo opportunities, Q&A sessions and an after party!! Special thanks to Mitch Hallock for the hospitality and another great show.
