FIRE & ICE Providence bids farewell

This week we lost a Rhode Island staple for some. The end of an era indeed as FIRE & ICE Providence Place has closed it`s doors for good after almost 20 years in business.
They made the decision this week after finding out in order to properly upgrade and replace the air conditioning system, they would be without AC for 8-12 weeks through out the summer and it`s just something they could not do.
I personally have been going to Fire & Ice for about 15 years or more. I have been there for countless Birthday bashes including twelve of my own, Bachelor party dinners, Outings with friends and all functions in between.

Fire & Ice had also become a traditional spot for lunch or dinners related to New England Fan Fest weekend. I have been there with Jim Cornette, Daniel Puder among others.

The manager and the Grill Master always went out of their way for me knowing i was a regular and i felt at home when eating there. The experiences with friends all these years there will live on as great memories and thank you to the staff at Fire and Ice for some of the best times and always something to look forward to.
