Exclusive: "All good" Anthony Greene

Joseph Bruen: What was it like as a child in the Greene household?
Anthony Greene: It was my mom, dad, sister, and brother. We're from a town right outside of Boston. My mom worked part time in my town's school system and my dad was a full time police officer.
Joseph Bruen: Were you always a wrestling fan?
Anthony Greene: I've been a fan as long as I could remember. I only ever collected wrestling action figures, other than the occasional Power Ranger.
Joseph Bruen: What is your first memory of pro wrestling?
Anthony Greene: My first memory is Hulk Hogan vs. Ric Flair in WCW. I'm not sure of the year, but it had to have been 1995. (Which means I was only 2 years old.) so I assume I saw this on a VHS tape.

Joseph Bruen: Who were your favorite wrestlers growing up as a kid?
Anthony Greene: I was a huge fan of DX growing up in the late 90's. As I continued to watch I became a huge fan of Maven (Tough Enough season 1 winner).
Joseph Bruen: When did you first decide that you wanted to become a pro wrestler? Where did you train and who helped in that process?.
Anthony Greene: I actually just wanted to be involved in wrestling and wanted to be a referee. After a few years, I got the itch and decided to make the transition. I credit my training to Spike Dudley's "Lock Up" with Ryan Waters, New England Pro Wrestling Academy with Brian Fury, and supplementary training from Mike Bennett, Bob Evans, Matt Taven and Mike Hollow.
Joseph Bruen: My first memories of meeting you was at some of the early New England Fan Fests and Hall of Fame ceremonies 2009-2011. What are your memories from those early events?
Anthony Greene: The Hall of Fame/Fan Fests were the first and ONLY in the area. Most conventions were in the NY and NJ area, but you brought them to New England. Not only did you give the fans a chance to meet the legends of the past and stars of the present. You also allowed those same legends and many local stars reunite and celebrate what they've done for the independent scene.
Joseph Bruen: How many matches do you have under your belt so far?
Anthony Greene: I counted at one point, then I lost my notebook and gave up (sad face)
Joseph Bruen: What is your favorite match that you have been apart of so far?
Anthony Greene: I have a few matches I'm extremely proud of. One being my 6 man tag at House of Hardcore 7 at the ECW Arena. Another being my tag match, teaming with Cam Zagami vs. Curt Hawkins and Maven Huffman at Lucky Pro Wrestling.
Joseph Bruen: Which promotions have you worked for and explain the differences between them and have you had any favorites to work for?

Anthony Greene: To name a few, Chaotic Wrestling, Lucky Pro Wrestling, Beyond Wrestling, and most recently Paragon Pro Wrestling. The biggest difference in all of these places is the talent. At Beyond, you are in the locker room with some of the elite independent wrestlers in the world. At a place like Chaotic, you are working the best in New England and future WWE and NXT stars. At Paragon Pro, you are working with guys from across the country that are TV ready and proving it Nationally on Paragon's television program. They all offer something different.
Joseph Bruen: Which states have you traveled to so far and which would you like to work in one day?
Anthony Greene: So far I've been to ME, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD, OH, VA, NC, and NV. I hope to add a few more this year. I'd like to head back to the Carolinas, debut in Florida and Oregon as well.
Joseph Bruen: Explain to us what your current gimmick is like and how you have evolved so far.
Anthony Greene: I wouldn't say I have a "Gimmick". I'm just me. I would say I used to try to be something I wasn't ;but as I get more comfortable, I just go out and do my thing.
Joseph Bruen: You have had a tremendous turn around in the way of getting in shape. Break down that process of what it took to get where you are today and any advice you may have for others looking to do the same.
Anthony Greene: I just hit the gym and diet. Always try to out do yourself and challenge yourself.

Joseph Bruen: What are the top five matches that you have ever seen if you had to narrow it down?
Anthony Greene: In no particular order 1. Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker (WrestleMania 25)2. Sami Zayn vs. Cesaro (NXT 2/3 falls)3. Brad Armstrong vs. Barry Windham (Clash of the Champions 2)4. Shane McMahon vs. Kurt Angle (King of the Ring 2001)5. Sasha Banks vs. Bailey (NXT Takeover Brooklyn)
Joseph Bruen: What are the goals that keep you motivated and where do you see yourself five years from now?
Anthony Greene: I have goals to make a living in wrestling and go over seas to wrestle. In 5 years I hope to be under contract with a major wrestling company and be able to make a living off of it.
Joseph Bruen: What advice do you have for those who are looking to one day follow their dreams of lacing up a pair of boots and giving this great business a go?
Anthony Greene: My advice would be to finish school, find a reputable wrestling school, get a gym membership, and lastly... Have fun and enjoy the ride. Thanks for your time.Feel free to follow me on Instagram and Twitter @allgoodagAnd like my Facebook Fan Page- All Good Anthony Greene
